From September through May there is Sunday School offered at 9AM before
service at Peace Church. The Sunday School program at Peace church has stations. |

|
|
Each station teaches one facet of a bible story or topic. The children rotate between the four stations. Each rotation starts with a common video that all the groups watch together. It is easy to see why the movie room is a hit! Complete with a big screen TV, bean bags and popcorn it is a favorite! |

The art station is a favorite of
the creative type. Through creating a work of art, a puppet or a sculpture the bible and characters can come alive in a new way for the children. The wall mural of the Last Supper was especially effective as characters were added each Sunday until Easter. |

Who wouldn't enjoy the science session? This is an excellent way to demonstrate what has changed, and what stays the same, through time. Each church season or story can find a way to be represented in a study of nature or science. |

In the computer lab the teacher
uses a computer story or game to help teach the subject matter. There is
usually some time at the end for the students to enjoy some of the bible
games as well. Often stations such as "games" or "drama" are used instead of one of the ones above just to add variety. Whatever the station being experienced (or taught) it always guaranteed to keep kids interest and teach the subject. |

The rotational method of teaching Sunday School keeps the kids interested
as well as being easy on the teachers. The volunteer teachers only need
to plan and teach one lesson as the kids rotate through each station. Come join the fun! |
