Reconciling news!!!

The pride weekend is nearly here (June 28)!!

People are NEEDED to help wo/man the booth!  If you can help, please go to the Reconciling Ministries website sign up.  We need folks for all day Saturday and Sunday evening.  We also could use some help on Friday, setting up the booth.  If you are wondering what it is like, imagine the most accepting and loving community you have ever been a part of, and that is what Pride is like.

Second, we need some people to give rides to the Pride Parade on Sunday.  The worship service starts at 10:00. We will meet in the church parking lot at 9:00 AM to carpool.  Information will be provided to you when you arrive at church to carpool (such as, where to go, parking, etc.) Please let me know at if you can drive on Sunday and/or have any questions.

Holden Evening Prayer: Our new Wednesday evening services have been meeting! "It felt 'centering' to experience the music and rewarding to participate in the discussion", says Jennie Leete-Hunt. The worship experience lasts approximately 45 minutes followed by friendly conversation and a snack. We have added a new element of a camp fire to our Wednesday evening worship experience which was enjoyed by everyone there. A short fellowship time follows our wonderful worship time together. Last week Pastor Gary and the Olson's brought items to make banana boats, think of smores only with bananas on the coals of the worship camp fire.
